Storm Damages - Small Business in Ankeny

This particular loss involved a small business located in Ankeny that had a roof collapse from the weight of snow and ice.  After the roof partially collapsed the snow, ice, and precipitation then wreaked havoc on the interior.

In this situation, the before picture shows a hallway that was located below the roof collapse.  The floors had standing water and the blown-in insulation behind the drywall was completely saturated.

After we secured a tarp on the roof to prevent further damages we then started to remove the non salvageable materials on the interior of the business.

This was the first time the business owner has ever had a interruption of loss.  Thru out the process from the beginning to the end we were there to help him get his business back to running.
