After you or your insurance company makes the call to SERVPRO of Des Moines NW, what happens? What are the steps and procedures we take to ensure that your home or business is taken care of properly?
1. The emergency call is made to SERVPRO.
2. We give you a call to see exactly what's going on and what the extent of the immediate damage is.
3. We notify our team of technicians.
4. We send our crews out with the best of our equipment.
5. Once our team arrives, we asses the damage, and tell you about our process and what exactly we are going to do to your home or business to remove the damaged items.
6. We get to work, removing any and all damaged walls, carpets, personal items, insulation etc.
7. We let you know what we did and tell you how much equipment we set and when and how often we will be back to monitor it.
8. Once your home or business is dried out we come in and remove our equipment. And if you want us to rebuild for you we discuss that process.
